Ideas for Healthy Holiday meals while using the 3 Phase dietDECK

Hey Guys,
ARE YOU READY TO GET BUSY... WOW, I am. I have been using the 3 Phase dietDECK now for the 2 weeks and I feel AWESOME. My cloths are getting loose (again) and I just feel great. It has been so easy to do. But enough about me, I want to here from you. We are going to put together a bunch of Healthy choices for you so that you can get thru the holidays and feel AWESOME about it and not afraid to eat. If you have a meal idea that fits into this plan, please post a comment on the blog so that everyone can see it and I will feature them. Please put what cards they would need to pull for the meal. I am really excited about this and I think if everyone gives their ideas we will have a huge list:) That would be awesome and so helpful to so many people:) Well here we go and here is mine for now, I will add more later:):

YUMMY sunrise sandwich:

wheat muffin 1/2 carb card
egg whites 1 protein card
lf cheese 1 dairy card
lf mayo 1 condiment card



Pizza Night: (4 pizzas)
2 wheat pita (cut open so you have 2 sides) 1 carb card
pizza sauce 1 condiment card
turkey peperoni 1 protein card
motz cheese 1 dairy card
