101 “Everyday” Tips For Losing 10 Pounds

Sorry I have been MIA for awhile. I got really busy in some of my other stuff, BUT I am back. I have decided that I am going to give you 101 “Everyday” Tips
For Losing 10 Pounds. Each day I will give you another tip and by the end you should be able to find several things you can do everyday to help you feel healthy and lose weight. So here is the tip of the day:

Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.
